Your First 1K Week Challenge 🚀
January 2026
You’re ready to get to 4 figures with one mini digital offer that doesn’t take weeks to create. Let’s go!
Here you’ll find the daily prompts and action steps to do during this 14 day challenge. I’ll be coaching you in real time on Voxer.
14 Days + 7 Action Pillars= Big Momentum
Start Here Prompts- Answer these in the Voxer group chat:
1. Your name and niche
2. Why is now the right time for you to be in this live challenge?
3. What’s your big vision goal?
Day 1-2: Position with Power
Stand out by defining who you are, who you serve, and what sets you apart.Â
Action:Â
- Commit to showing up on your social media account/whatever platform you use to connect to people in real time. Set your account to business or creator and public. It doesn’t matter what you create if you don’t have anyone to sell it to.
- Put your picture in your profile. People want to connect with you, not a logo.
- Write the right bio. Short and succinct. Say “I help women ___” or “I give women ___” Include a CTA (call to action) at the end of your bio. The CTA should be capturing email addresses. Be straightforward. You have seconds to let people know how you can help them.
- Make a commitment that when you do post this month you will position yourself to offer education and value as someone who wants to offer help to others. For days 1-2, Create an IG story and/or post that tells people what you do and how you solve their problem. Do not post business announcements in your feed!
- POWER MOVES: 🔥 Put your “I help” statement FIRST. Underneath say who you are as a business professional. Do not put “Wife, mother etc” it’s redundant. Keep your bio short, if it’s too long it will be hidden under the “more” button.
Day 3-4: Know Your People
Learn your audience’s real needs and use their words so you never guess again.
1. Now that you’ve positioned yourself powerfully by getting clear on how you help people, now it’s time to share, talk to your audience and get to know your people. Action: create a reel or post for your feed telling the world what you do and how you can uniquely help them. Be bold and straightforward. Use trending audio and/or a trending format. If you have a lead magnet, offer that as a CTA in your caption.
2. Everyday for the rest of this challenge (days 3-14) post at least once a day in your stories. Don’t simply repost other people’s posts, share something original. Example: a personal story related to how you help people, calling out something you see in your industry that isn’t serving others, a behind the scenes etc. Notice the conversations that happen as you share and post, get to know your audience, build relationships. Avoid sharing only personal, act as the business you want to become.
3. POWER MOVES: 🔥Do not repost other people’s posts to your stories without commenting on it. Make your story content original. Sell in stories not in feed. Do NOT post business announcements in your feed.
Day 5-6: Inbox Ignite
Kickstart your email list with consistent, value-packed messages that connect. Email marketing is the #1 income builder for online marketing.
- We’re going to start nurturing and selling to our audience in their inbox after we start talking to them about the MINI offer we’re going to do and what they want to see.
- ACTION STEPS: In your stories you have already told your audience what problem you solve, what you do and who you are. Now you’re going to ask your audience what they need and want. We are NOT launching a prerecorded or high ticket course yet. We’re going to create a mini offer, like a live workshop. Create a story that says this: “Hey! I’m thinking about offering a workshop on [your niche]. I’ve seen how needed this is. What would YOU love to see/get from a workshop like this?” And include a Question box sticker in the story.
- POWER MOVES:
You can continue this conversation with your audience. Poll them! After the story you created above, continue to create 2-3 additional stories TOPS with the poll sticker. Ask them questions with a poll like “What’s your biggest fear/challenge right now on [your niche]?” “What’s your goal for [your niche]?” And feel free to ask additional poll questions related to your niche. For example, if your niche is seasonal, ask that “What tools do you most want to have through the winter season?”
- Last action: Put up a question box that says “drop your email address here to get info on my upcoming workshop.”
Day 7-8: The 4 B's: Be Boring, Be Bold
The 4 B’s cut through the noise by keeping your marketing simple, and effective. Boring and bold convert better. We’re going to continue to work on email and social media marketing.
ACTION STEPS:
1. If you have even one email address, send an email to them/ to your subscriber list today. Make sure it’s from a professional sounding email address. You can say whatever it is you want to say- this could be a “welcome” to your email list email, a “where I’ve been” email or a “everything I do” email. But no matter what, make sure you clearly say somewhere what you do and what problem you solve.
2. If you got feedback from your audience about what to offer that surprised you, do another poll and dig into their desires a little more. If they said something general like “motherhood” make sure you understand what their pain points are and what their desire is. If you didn’t get feedback or it was very vague, maybe they don’t understand what you do or what you are about. Share more about why you’re different.
3. If you’re pretty clear about the workshop topic you’re going to offer, think of a title for this workshop that clearly highlights the transformation you’re offering. Make it 4 words or less, plus make sure it’s bold and boring. Here are some examples of bold and boring offer titles that have converted well: (these are real offers so don’t copy!) “SEO in a WKND” (weekend), Pain Free Birth course, The Course Course, Ads Lab.
Day 9-10: Outline the Win
Map out a clear solution that tackles one problem and delivers results fast.
1. It’s time to get even more clarity about the title and contents of your low ticket workshop! First, make sure you identify one problem that you are solving in your workshop, and the solution that you are giving (even if it’s just one small part of the solution).
2. Brainstorm a title to your workshop. It should be BOLD and BORING meaning straightforward. It needs to be 4 words or less. The best titles tell the transformation or solution you are getting, is short, easy to say and remember.
3. POWER MOVES: Start talking about this workshop that you will offer in your stories. Tell your audience that you are going to be offering a workshop on [the problem you are solving]. You can even share the title if you have nailed that down. Start generating excitement for this offer. Ask for emails for those that want to be the first to sign up and get an early bird bonus. (a PDF about the topic). You do not yet have to share when this workshop will take place. First you can continue to VALIDATE the offer and see if it will sell.
Â
Day 11-12: Build the Offer + Mindset Foundation
Get the right mindset for success BEFORE you launch anything. This is key.
Before you can really build out the offer and launch it, we need to have the right mindset and get rid of self-sabotaging thoughts.
1. Share in the Voxer group WHY this offer matters. Why does it matter to you to grow your income from home? Why does it matter to the women you will serve?
2. Share in the Voxer group every fear that comes up about launching this mini offer or your high ticket offer. Then, we’re going to reframe your fears together. This is probably the most powerful action step you will do this week.
3. Share in the Voxer group 5 reasons why you are qualified to teach and sell your offers. Can be personal experience, professional experience or both.
4. Write down somewhere you can see it daily “All feedback is good feedback, even negative or no feedback. This helps me succeed faster.”
Â
Day 13-14: Open the Doors
Launch with confidence, invite your people in, and take action instead of waiting for perfect.
Our final Action Steps together!!
1. If you are confident in your niche, you have validation from your audience and one or more email addresses from people interested in your workshop, go ahead and start the launch process! This will look like 1. Writing an outline and making a presentation (presentation is optional. You can also show yourself actually doing the thing you teach like being in the kitchen). 2. Emailing your people daily, letting them know the time and date for the workshop, sharing why it will solve their problems and offering the link for them to sign up for it. 3. Launching, hosting your class and giving those that attend an incentive to keep working with you in your high ticket course (if you have one.)
2. If you are still creating your audience, keep posting and sharing who you are, what problem you solve and your USP- your unique selling proposition. What makes you different? How can you offer something better than your competitors?
3. If you have an audience and a niche but no responses on your workshop and no emails, let’s work together in the Voxer chat group! I’ll help you troubleshoot!Â
4. SHARE YOUR WINS SO FAR! In the Voxer group chat, share what you gained from these 13 days so far, big or small! Mindset chifts? Confidence? New email subscribers? Clarity? What have you gained?
