Refund Policy

At The Biblical Birth School LLC we are committed to providing high-quality education and resources for aspiring Christian birth professionals and expecting families. We understand that investing in professional training is a significant decision, and we want to ensure transparency regarding our refund policy.
1. Digital Course & Program Refunds
Due to the nature of our online course(s) and digital materials, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. All sales are final. However, we want you to feel confident in your investment, so we provide the following:
- Course Previews & Descriptions: Before purchasing, please review the course details carefully to ensure it aligns with your goals.
- Customer Support: If you have any issues accessing course content, we will work diligently to resolve them.
2. Payment Plans & Cancellations
If you have enrolled using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Non-payment may result in course access being revoked. We do not offer cancellations or partial refunds for payment plans. Payment plans are not subscriptions. Payment plans cannot be paused or resumed.
3. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require documented proof. Please email contact@brittanymccardle.com with details.
4. Live Training, Coaching, and Consulting
Payments for live training sessions, coaching calls, or consulting services are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available upon request with at least 24 hours notice.
5. Physical Products & Merchandise (If Applicable)
- Refunds: Accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
