Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Digital Products

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of digital products made through [The Biblical Birth School LLC] (“the Company”) website or any other platform where these products are made available. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Definitions

• “Digital Products” refer to any downloadable content, software, or other digital materials offered for sale by the Company.
• “Customer” refers to any individual or entity making a purchase of Digital Products from the Company.

2. Purchase and Delivery

• When you make a purchase of Digital Products, you will receive access to download or stream the purchased content immediately or within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Company.
• You agree that all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Company’s refund policy. See refund policy below.

3. Intellectual Property

• All Digital Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for personal or internal business purposes only.
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Digital Products without the prior written consent of the Company.

4. Payment

• Payment for Digital Products must be made in full or with the specified payment plan at the time of purchase. The Company accepts payment through the methods specified on the website or platform.
• Prices for Digital Products are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

Agreement of payment plan:
The customer agrees to the following payment plan for the services rendered by [The Biblical Birth School LLC]:

a. Total Amount: The total amount due for the services is listed on the Company’s website.

b. Payment Schedule: The Client shall make payments according to the following schedule:

• Initial payment is due upon signing this agreement at enrollment.
• Subsequent payments are due monthly and process automatically.
• Final payment is due 4 months from the date of initial enrollment.

Late Payments: If the Client fails to make any payment by the due date specified above, a one time late fee of 25.00 will be charged. The late fee charge may not be charged more than once. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend services until all overdue payments, including applicable late fees, are paid in full.

Default: Failure to adhere to the terms of this payment plan shall constitute a default. In the event of default, the Service Provider reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies available under law or equity to recover the outstanding amounts owed, including but not limited to terminating this agreement and pursuing legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

5. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Digital Products.
• The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Digital Products.

6. Modifications to Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or platform.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Digital Products after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Florida], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all digital products purchased through The Biblical Birth School LLC. If you find that our programs are not a good fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
  • The participant must not have watched more than 25% of the program’s content.
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Your refund request must be submitted in writing to contact@brittanymccardle.com.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as technical issues preventing access to the product, quality issues or that the participant’s beliefs conflict with those of The Biblical Birth School’s.

3. Exclusions

• Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
  • If the refund request is made after the 7-day period has elapsed.
  • If the digital product has been fully accessed or more than 25% has been consumed within the 7-day duration.
  • If the reason for the refund request is not valid or does not meet the criteria outlined in section 2.

4. Refund Process

• Your refund request will be processed promptly, and you will be notified of the outcome via email within 3 business days.
• If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• If your refund request is approved, your access to all digital materials will be revoked immediately.
