We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all digital products purchased through The Biblical Birth School LLC. If you find that our programs are not a good fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
The participant must not have watched more than 25% of the program’s content.
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Your refund request must be submitted in writing to contact@brittanymccardle.com.
You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as technical issues preventing access to the product, quality issues or that the participant’s beliefs conflict with those of The Biblical Birth School’s.
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
If the refund request is made after the 7-day period has elapsed.
If the digital product has been fully accessed or more than 25% has been consumed within the 7-day duration.
If the reason for the refund request is not valid or does not meet the criteria outlined in section 2.
4. Refund Process

Your refund request will be processed promptly, and you will be notified of the outcome via email within 3 business days.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If your refund request is approved, your access to all digital materials will be revoked immediately.
